Statewide Charge Lookups
AOC criminal background reports are not Washington County arrest records and not complete case files. They are Kentucky state court criminal-history reports. KCOJ says AOC reports include misdemeanor and traffic cases for at least the last five years and felonies back to 1978, but they do not contain federal records and do not include confidential juvenile, mental-health, or domestic-violence case types.
ePay is narrower. It can search eligible fines, fees, citations, and cases by case, citation, or party. A citation search requires year, control number, and type. A case search requires county and case number. Party search can use name and birth date to narrow results. If ePay has no result, that does not prove no arrest, no charge, or no case.
